Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent when your order ships

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Other Locations: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary based on courier availability and location accessibility.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value

We work with trusted courier partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • India Post

The shipping partner is assigned based on your location and product availability.

Order Tracking

  • Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking information updates within 24-48 hours of shipment
  • Visit our Track Order page for real-time updates

Delivery Process

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the address provided
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery
  • If delivery fails, the courier will make 2-3 attempts
  • You'll be contacted for re-delivery arrangements

Package Security

  • All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit
  • Fragile items receive extra protective packaging
  • Please inspect your package upon delivery

Delivery Issues

Damaged Package:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • Take photos of the damaged package if possible
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Non-Delivery:

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors or building security
  • Contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the courier

Wrong Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order
  • Address changes after shipment may not be possible
  • Additional charges may apply for address corrections

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Will be eligible for refund minus shipping charges. Re-shipment will require payment of shipping fees.
