How to Initiate a Return

Step 4: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Product: We'll arrange free pickup or provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Pack the product securely to prevent damage during return transit
  • Use the original packaging whenever possible
  • Keep the return tracking number for your records

Refund Process

Inspection:

Exchange Policy
