Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 4: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Product: We'll arrange free pickup or provide a prepaid return label
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Pack the product securely to prevent damage during return transit
- Use the original packaging whenever possible
- Keep the return tracking number for your records
Refund Process
